Introduction
MutMix is a comprehensive database that records the complex associations between mutation and miRNA expression dysregulation. By design, MutMix was curated with multi-perspective approach, allowing researchers to conduct query, browse and download mutation-miRNA associations which may be beneficial in a wide-range of biological topics. The primary purpose of MutMix is to provide a platform for querying the associations between mutation and miRNA expression while integrating a myriad of comprehensive annotative knowledge, such as prognosis, disease enrichment, regulative association, binding sequence alteration, etc.
